Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 June 2026 · NeuralCourseHub Training Inc.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neuralcoursehub.pro and related services operated by NeuralCourseHub Training Inc. ("NeuralCourseHub," "we," "us"), a federal corporation with registered office at 180 Columbia Street West, Suite 200, Waterloo, ON N2L 3L3, Canada. BN 801234567 RC0001. HST 801234567 RT0001. Ontario Corporation Number 1009876543.
By accessing this website, submitting enquiries, or enrolling in programmes, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Programme enrolment may require a separate written agreement that supplements these Terms.
2. Brand clarification and nature of services
NeuralCourseHub is a training provider of artificial neural network courses. We are not a medical institution, neurology clinic, or brain-training wellness service. Completion certificates are not university degrees unless explicitly stated with verifiable accreditation.
NeuralCourseHub provides vocational and professional technical training in artificial neural networks and deep learning — including architectures, training pipelines, backpropagation, CNNs, RNNs, transformer fundamentals, and practical exercises using frameworks such as PyTorch in an educational context. The word "neural" refers to computational models in machine learning, not clinical neuroscience, neuroplasticity coaching, cognitive brain-training products, or mental health therapy.
We are not a university, community college, staffing agency, employer, or professional licensing body. Information on this website is educational and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or engineering licensure advice.
3. Education and employment disclaimer
NeuralCourseHub provides vocational training in artificial neural networks and deep learning. We do not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, freelance contract volume, or third-party certification recognition by employers or industry bodies. Career outcomes depend on prior experience, portfolio quality, job market conditions, geographic factors, interview performance, and individual effort.
We do not claim to be the "#1 neural network course in Canada," guarantee machine learning job placement, promise senior engineer status within a fixed timeframe, or assert that AI replaces licensed professionals in regulated fields. Testimonials and learner snapshots are illustrative individual experiences — not typical or guaranteed results.
Course exercises may involve AI-assisted coding tools. AI-generated outputs can contain errors and require human verification. Learners remain responsible for validating code, data handling practices, and compliance with third-party platform terms (cloud GPU providers, open-source licences, dataset usage restrictions).
Our promotional language is intended to comply with Competition Bureau Canada guidance on misleading representations and business opportunity claims.
4. Programme fees and commercial transparency
Programme fees listed on neuralcoursehub.pro are indicative ranges in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. HST applies where required. Final fees, payment schedules, and corporate workshop scopes are confirmed in enrolment agreements or written proposals before payment.
Completion certificates attest to training participation and satisfactory completion of programme requirements — not professional licensure, government endorsement, or guaranteed competency in production environments. Certificates do not imply partnership with NVIDIA, Google, Meta, MIT, or the University of Waterloo unless explicitly documented with verifiable accreditation.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by your enrolment agreement and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, where applicable. Generally, cooling-off periods and refund eligibility depend on whether digital materials have been accessed and whether a cohort seat can be reassigned. Corporate contracts include separate cancellation terms quoted in proposals. Contact [email protected] before payment if you need specific refund terms for a programme.
We do not use false urgency, countdown timers, or deceptive scarcity to pressure enrolment decisions.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, syllabus materials, module descriptions, logos, and training resources are owned by NeuralCourseHub Training Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolled learners receive a limited licence to use materials for personal learning during the programme term. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or commercially exploit course materials without written permission.
Learner-submitted capstone projects remain your intellectual property, but you grant NeuralCourseHub a licence to review, provide feedback, and use anonymised excerpts for internal quality improvement unless you opt out in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes or to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content
- Attempt to bypass form security controls, honeypot fields, or access restricted systems
- Scrape or harvest data from the site in violation of robots.txt or applicable law
- Misrepresent affiliation with NeuralCourseHub or forge completion certificates
- Use training materials to develop exam cheating services, credential fraud, or spyware
- Submit contact forms with false information or without valid PIPEDA/CASL consent
We may suspend access for violations and cooperate with authorities where required.
8. Third-party links and tools
Our site may reference third-party frameworks, cloud platforms, datasets, or documentation links. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or privacy practices. Your use of external GPU cloud accounts, package repositories, and datasets is at your own risk and expense.
9. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy (PIPEDA). Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy. Marketing emails require CASL-compliant consent. Form consent checkboxes are not pre-checked.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and training services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or fitness for a particular employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, NeuralCourseHub Training Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or programmes, including lost profits, lost data, or failed job applications.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to NeuralCourseHub for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralCourseHub Training Inc., its directors, officers, instructors, and contractors from claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights in your capstone submissions, or unlawful use of AI tools during exercises.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, sitting in the Region of Waterloo, for disputes arising from these Terms or website use, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.
We encourage you to contact [email protected] to resolve concerns before pursuing formal proceedings.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated through programme channels where practicable. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
